This might be a little old(Posted june 2009) and some of you may have already watched this but I’ll still share this for the benefit of some..
After the phenomenal success of K-ON, there have been lots of covers of songs from the series. A couple of days ago I stumbled upon this video(link shared by a friend at facebook). “A girl with the same drums and same attire as Ritsu” this were my first thoughts upon seeing the preview image of the video. I curiously watched it and was really amazed in the end. One of the best covers(Appearance + skills wise) I watched so far. Oh, by the way her name is Kawaguchi Senri a 12 year old from Japan. For a 12 year old she’s good, I mean really good plus for a girl her age? DAMN.. LOLINESS! LOLIMODE ON!! :D
side note: The drums she is using is a Yamaha Hipgig..
So here are videos she did. She only did 3 songs but I really hope that she covers all the songs in K-ON.

already did… after a minute of watching this I +subscribed to her… It seems that she is a Yamaha scholar and Yamaha scholars are damn good… I know this guy who plays the guitar really good.. I mean really really good though looking at him says otherwise :D LOL.. He was a Yamaha scholar… Yamaha even made him an instructor because of his skills… As a musician I envy them TmT
